Roast Paprika

Serves 4 persons:

2 Efko Fine Harvest garlic cloves
2 red and 2 yellow paprika peppers 200g
1 green chilli pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
salt, freshly ground pepper
1-2 organic lemons

Method:
Slice in paprika peppers in quarters, clean and chop into pieces.
Slice the chilli pepper into rings, removing the seeds at the same time. Peel garlic clove and cut into thin slices. Brown the paprika in hot oil. Add garlic and chilli and cook briefly.
Season with salt and pepper and allow to cool.
Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving. Then
garnish with slices of lemon.
