Cheese Rolls

Serves 4 persons:

5 pieces of Efko Fine Harvest gherkin
4 slices of Edam cheese
10 dag gervais
4 dag grated Emmental cheese
1 tbsp grated hazelnuts
1/16 l cream
salt, lemon juice, paprika
curly leafed parsley for decoration

Method:
Stir gervais with Emmental cheese, hazelnuts,
cream, chopped gherkin and spices to taste. Pour the mix into a piping bag with clean spout and dress the Edam cheese evenly with the mix.  Roll the Edam cheese into cylinders and decorate with parsley.
